If one morning I walked on top of the water across the Potomac River, the headline that afternoon would read: "President Can't Swim."

The paragraph in which I wish Jan Moir has her face ripped off by a bloody big dog was a way of highlighting her illogical argument. Jan Moir in this article is arguing that the man who comitted the rape and murder was a monster and should have been spotted by the family. However, as the article makes perfectly clear he was a gentleman and family man throughout who comitted this act out of the blue. My wish for Jan Moir to live with a huge dog happily for many years when suddenly it bites her face off is pointing out how ludicrious her argument is. At least my point is clear - and valid - unlike Moir's points which in this article and on the article about Stephen Gately are absolutely unfounded. Viewpoints that are well-argued are rarely offensive, viewpoints like Moir's that bear little relation to reality are.
